My friend recently expressed desire to purchase one prepaid MTS MBlaze Ultra Wi-Fi dongle. He procured it from the Lake Mall outlet inside Big Bazaar, but he was given a bill of South City Mall outlet. Though he purchased the MTS MBlaze Ultra WiFi dongle by submitting required documentation on 2nd April afternoon, his connection has not been activated yet as of 6th April evening. He had called up customer care number provided by the seller, they informed that the activation will be done soon and that he will receive a SMS upon successful activation.
How long will a customer have to wait for activation? Does MTS think selling the dongle should be their only priority? Once product is sold, story is finished? Or, the relationship only starts there?
It will be better if MTS properly understands what means business.
